I make reading packets for all students k-5 as the school's reading interventionist. This was perfect for a variety of my differentiated packets with so many activities from writing and grammar to reading comprehension. I will never use the math pages, but they looked amazing too! I also love that they are winter themed, as not all families in my school celebrate Christmas.

I used the Winter Break Packet resource to provide my 3rd grade students with meaningful, skill-based practice over the holiday break. It was a great way to reinforce learning during time away from school while keeping things low-pressure and engaging. What I liked most about the packet was the variety of subjects and activities included—reading comprehension, math review, writing prompts, and even some fun seasonal puzzles. The balance of academic tasks and creative activities helped keep students interested, and it gave families options to work through the packet at their own pace. My students enjoyed the winter-themed elements, and several parents mentioned that they appreciated having something educational for their child to do over the break. It helped prevent that post-break "learning loss" and made the return to school smoother, as students were still in the habit of thinking critically and solving problems.

This was a great activity packet to have ready for early finishers or students that needed some more work to do around the holidays.
