There are five GREAT crafts and activities in this pack! All templates and step by step directions are included.

The first craft is a SNOWMAN. What a great way to decorate your class with some winter cheer! He is easy to assemble and fun to make. Our students love this craft! Makes a cute bulletin board.

Next, your students will love this WINTER ESKIMO CRAFT WITH WRITING. Read a book to your students about winter. Have them write their favorite facts about winter. Take pictures of your students faces to fit inside a muffin tin liner. This liner is used for the hood of their jacket around their face. Or, a template is included for students to draw their face. This is a very fun project!

Here's a fun craft for your students. MAKING HOT COCOA. Talk to your students about the steps in preparing hot cocoa. Have them complete writing. Assemble craft. If you use marshmallows, be sure to glue with Elmer's glue. If using cotton balls to look like marshmallows, a glue stick works fine. The writing could also be copied and used as an informational writing assessment.

The PENGUIN CRAFT WITH WRITING is one of my favorites. Read a book to your students about Penguins. Have them write their favorite facts about Penguins. Assemble project. Makes a great bulletin board!

The last project is A MITTEN CRAFT. We always read The Mitten by Jan Brett to our students. Next, have them pick their favorite animal to give clues about. Then, draw your animal and hide it under the mitten. It's fun to have your students share their projects one at a time. Makes a cute bulletin board.
