Are you looking to motivate your students to read more? If so, then this Reading Bundle activity is for you! It combines increased reading practice with the spirit of the Olympic Games!
The K-2 Reading Incentive Program includes two levels and various versions of a family letter, reading log, and printable gold, silver, and bronze reading medals. It can be used in years with the Summer Competition Games, the Winter Sports Games, and even years in between. It promotes an increase in reading fluency and positive reading behaviors and also incentivizes students to reach their goals all while building a love of reading. Your first-graders, second-graders, and kindergarteners will love this!
THIS BUNDLE INCLUDES additional medals that are EDITABLE with student names. Simply type in each student's name and then print the editable medals on white or colored cardstock. Then punch a hole and attach a ribbon.
Simply print the Reading Incentive Reading Logs and the Family Letter, of your choice, explain the log to your students in class, and send the log with the letter home. All students have to do is read and then record minutes by coloring a box. It’s so easy! Don’t delay, get your students reading toward gold, silver and bronze medals today!
