There is a worksheet for each activity to use as a follow up or an addition to the centre or to use as a stand-alone worksheet.

A pocket chart learning centre is a simple centre that is easy to use and students show independence during centre time.

I like Pocket Chart Learning activities because they are easy for me to see what the students are doing and learning. I can observe from a distance what my students are doing in this centre. Do they need more guidance or do they need more advanced work or is it just right for their level?

No pocket chart, no problem! These activities can be done on any surface (table, floor, etc).

All activities are easy to prep.

I also use these activities to teach and to review concepts.

My students love using pocket chart activities during our math centre time and so do I! I love that I can see at a distance which students can complete the activity, which need help, and which students need more difficult work. I’m so glad that your students loved the winter pocket chart learning activities. Heather, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to leave feedback. I appreciate you and your feedback!
