Description

There are 72 math task cards (24 for each set) in this winter-themed bundle. The first set is one and two step addition and subtraction word problems. The second set is multiplication and division word problems. The third set is multiple step word problems which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

**This includes options for Google Slides!

Although the sets are specifically aligned to the third grade Common Core, this would also be a great set for fourth grade teachers.

The problem types are mixed up so that students have to decide which operations need to be used to solve each problem.

Each set comes with a recording sheet and answer key. Anything that is in color is also provided in black and white.

Great resource! This year, with social distancing procedures and protocols, I can't really use task cards in the traditional sense. Therefore, I have used these as Problems of the Day and/or when reviewing whole group. I have also uploaded them to ClassKick so that my students can type in the answers right onto the task cards.

My students really enjoyed doing these problems. What I liked most about them was a the varying levels. It allowed me to create a simple set of directions that could be applied to the different skills. Since the cards were leveled, it also allowed me to encourage some students to practice the "harder" cards in order to enrich their learning.
