Ever struggle to help students understand what key words in word problems mean? I know I have. So to help with this problem, I have created this game board. I used this game with third and fourth graders, but it could be used with any age level that struggles with identifying the operation in word problems.

My students loved this fun little game to help them understand the different operations.
I use this for math intervention and my students love playing this game! It's a great way to expose them to new keywords and the ones they typically see. I throw in some blank cards and have them do a word problem when they pull one of the blank ones.
Used as a group activity with my 6th grade math intervention class.
