The Word Study Choice Board is perfect for small group learning, independent practice during literacy centers, or at-home learning and practice. Use the included activities to review phonics patterns for the week and provide your child(ren) or students with repeated practice of encoding words. Students choose how they want to practice their words for the week. They can choose 3 activities to complete in a row.

There are two formats of the Word Study Choice Board included. One works well if you want to glue inside of a composition notebook. The full page format can be put into a sheet protector or laminated and kept at independent literacy center, referenced during small group work or kept in folder for at-home practice. There are also several formats of student recording sheets included. Choose the one that works best for you and your students. Students can also just record their responses to each activity in a notebook or on a piece of paper.
