This soccer themed behavior chart is for students that struggle to finish their work in class. It it is the form of a rubric. The categories are morning work, reading work, math work, science, and social studies work. The descriptors are foul, handball, blocked a goal, and goal! Foul and handball require students to redo the assignment. I try to include incentives when students score lots of goals! The packet includes a chart for every day of the week, and a line for parents to sign every night. This is great for tier 2 and 3 interventions!
