This note and lab activity set will introduce two topics: work and power. Taking notes using a document camera or using the editable Google Slideshow, students can follow along as you teach about how to perform work and power calculations. Following the notes, students can apply their knowledge with the How Powerful Are You lab activity. Students will calculate how much work and power they use when climbing a flight of stairs.

I have included 4 different versions of this resource for differentiation and accommodation purposes. Please see the preview for a breakdown of what each of the versions includes.

Please Note: All answers are rounded to the hundredths place, significant figures are not used.
