This is a great visual to use in the classroom! It allows students to work for rewards that are individualized and based on their interests.

The students will be given constant reinforcement in order to work towards a chosen reinforcer. The teacher will deliver smiley faces, logos, etc. to the students throughout a given time period until the student earns a given reward. All pieces can be laminated and velcroed to make it easy to use.

There are over twenty boards to choose from! Students can pick which board best reflects their interests and needs.
