Description

A first step for all young chemists is to understand how to read a chemical formula. To recognize and know the elements that make up any chemical formula is a must. Use my practice sheets to help with your students' understanding of this concept!

All formulas are true formulas of real chemicals and were not just elements that were thrown together at random. From medicines to pesticides to food additives... have your students look them up if they're interested!

This product comes as a set of SIX worksheets. Each page has eight formulas in which students must count the NUMBER of elements that make up the chemical and then they must NAME each element making up the chemical.

This item is also sold in a bundle with LOTS of other related items!
