Description
Are your students struggling with linear equations? This worksheet was created to isolate one specific topic...moving equations into Standard Form. This skill is often thrown in to other sections and students are expected to know how to do it because they technically already learned how to solve equations. Unfortunately a lot of students still struggle with that and it can be hard to find worksheets that isolate this topic.
This printable paper contains 25 problems in a variety of forms that must be converted into standard form. Directions are included.
Two separate keys are also included. The first key just contains the answers if that is all you need. The second key contains all of the work written out by hand that you could print out for your students. (**Disclaimer: As with most math problems...there are multiple ways to arrive at the same answer...I chose one method but you might have other strategies for your answer key.)
If you find this worksheet to be helpful I would appreciate any positive feedback you would be willing to leave.
Thanks! Happy Teaching!
