Description
This digital partner activity requires students to work together to write equations of Absolute Value functions given a graph. The functions given will require students to identify absolute value transformations. This includes immediate feedback as pieces of the picture are revealed with each correct answer. This activity will engage students as they find the equations of 20 unique absolute value functions.
This activity utilizes Google Sheetsβ’ and is designed for 2 students to share the resource and each answer 10 questions. Each time a question is answered correctly an additional piece to the hidden picture will be revealed. Whichever student finishes first will be indicated, but once both students answer their questions correctly the entire image will be revealed. This is perfect for additional practice in or outside of the classroom. What I love most about this resource is that it is self-checking so students have instant feedback. It also requires zero prep, is engaging, and is paperless! Purchase includes a printable set of the questions as well!!
Correct answers: Answer will turn green and parts of the picture will be revealed
Incorrect answers: Answer will turn red and nothing will appear on the picture
