Description

This editable algebra 1 foldable provides students with a set of 8 practice problems for writing linear equations in slope-intercept form given various pieces of information about the line. They will learn how to write an equation in slope-intercept form, given:

  • The slope & the y-intercept
  • A graph
  • A point & the slope
  • Two points that the line passes through

Pre-requisite knowledge: finding slope (given a graph or two points) & slope-intercept form (including how to graph using slope-intercept form).

A sample answer key is included! Includes a PDF version for print + go and an editable PowerPoint version.
