Description
Simple reflection on each step of the writing process:
- Selecting Text Evidence
- Pre-Writing
- Rough Draft
- Revising
- Editing
After students have completed the writing process, they reflect on the answer to two questions:
1) What helped you be successful?
2) What lead to challenges or made you unsuccessful?
As they generate ideas, they write them into the table for each step of the writing process.
From there, students can "promote" their best ideas to add to a whole-class table. Each student's table or the whole-class table can be used as a guide on the next writing assignment.
Two versions included, both are editable one-page MS Word Documents
