Description

Do your students need help or practice with writing subtraction number sentences?
This product corresponds with Envision Math Lesson Grade Two Topic 1-3. This would be great for a math notebook or journal activity to go along with this lesson.

Students cut apart the part-part cards and glue them in their notebook. Underneath, beside, or below, the students will write the addition fact that goes along with the part-part whole.

Included in this product is both color and black/white versions for easy printing.

This file contains math notebook or journal task cards. Students can choose (or the teacher can decide) which task cards the students complete in their journal. I have included directions on how use these in my classroom.

This file also contains a poster or help page for students to see exactly what their journal page or notebook page should look like for completing this journal prompt question.

This activity would be good for small group and RTI.
