I have used this sheet as a fortnightly check-in around students' progress in their writing, the areas each student and the class in general needs to focus on, and to discuss my current data around writing. The criteria can be whatever levels from whatever marking guide or rubric you use and it can be done as often as required. The document is editable - extra columns can also be added for extra students, although each column will need then to be made slightly narrower, or you could copy and paste it onto a separate page to add more students and spread them out over an extra set of pages. Can be used at any year level, and could be adapted to suit other subject areas such as maths as well.
