Writing in Math BUNDLE Middle School Math Review
Share

Description

A unique way to get students to write in math. Each resource has 20+ graphics and prompts where students can write two truths and a lie about OR analyze the pre-written truths and lies. Save 30% by purchasing the BUNDLE instead of the individual resources. This is a different way for students to review and it really helps teachers see what level of understanding students are on different topics.

In the first version, each group of students will get a graphic or word problems and write two truths and one lie about it. Afterwards, students will get sticky notes to identify the lies on other groups papers.

In a second version of this, the truths and the lies are already written and students need to identify which of the three statements is the lie.

This can be used as a review at the end of the lesson. You could use all the pages at once or break it up by unit. The statistics, proportionality, and rational number resources allow you to edit the truths and the lies to allow you to customize for what you want to focus on in class.

To see how I used this in my classroom, see this blog post:
