Description
In my few years of teaching I found that the style of 20 question worksheets as homework, just doesn't get the same results as it may have once before. Doing the same problem 20 times doesn't mean they understand it, it just means they can reproduce it. Students in my classroom are only given one problem for homework. The catch is that they have to write an explanation as to what they did and why they did it. This rubric is used to assess their homework. It is editable so you can feel free to make any changes that you want.

We are focusing on writing across curriculums this year and this is a fantastic resource to get me started.
This resource was perfect for my 6th grade math projects. I was able to edit each cell to meet the needs of my students. Students were able to refer to the rubric while working through the project of their choice.
