Description

***This document has two variations! This one has a gradient background colours on each card. Please see my store if you want solid background colours***

When I am... I can... Zone Activities

Zones of Regulation is a curriculum for helping students gain skills in regulating their actions, leading to increased control and problem solving abilities. The program helps students recognize when they are in different states called "zones," with each of four zones represented by a different color (blue, green, yellow and red).

These zone cards allow students to choose an activity for each zone that they are in to allow them to stay in the same zone or de-escalate and work on moving to the green zone.

Each zone has four activities that the students can try.

When printing, please remember to choose "fit to page".

Print on cardstock and laminate for durability.

Enjoy!

I love the ability to tie it all together, with the feelings identification and then the strategies for support, all in one sheet.
