“ed” Ending Sounds Task Cards will have your students practicing the 3 sounds for the suffix-ed makes at the end of words.

There are 2 sets of task cards. Each set has 40 task cards.

• The RED cards (1st set) Students read the word at the top of the task card. They choose if the word makes a t, d, or ed sound.
• The GREEN cards (2nd set) Students read the word at the top of the task card. They choose which of the 3 words listed below that makes the same end sound as the one in the black circle. This set is a little bit more challenging. Great to grow into

The task cards use long and short vowel words. Both set of task cards has the same set of 40 words.
