These tracking forms I use to allow my 1st and 2nd grade students to mark their fluency passage's cold and hot read. The shaded area provides students with an end of year correct words per minute goal. This form allows me to reference it to see when a student is ready to move to the next reading level and to ensure passages are not repeated.
I also included a weekly conferring record to keep track on who you read with daily in small groups.
