I typically use this document for Kindergarten through 2nd grade after a tattling vs telling lesson. They’re instructed that if the person stops and it's not bullying, they have resolved the problem and don’t need to tattle or turn in the form. However, if it continues, they can fill out the form and turn it into a designated adult at school.
