In honor of the Superbloom happening in California this Spring I was inspired to create this Flowers vs. Weeds worksheet to help students/children understand helpful vs. unhelpful thoughts. A fun way to get your student or child to build social skills and awareness of social cues is through finding the “ingredients” to build a hearty friendship soup! This activity is one of my favorites because it is a bit more involved than just completing a worksheet. Students have enjoyed the aspect of cutting out the ingredients and pasting it into the soup pot on the next page.
