Welcome to Organize and Educate! I'm Casey, an experienced elementary school educator with a background in teaching 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades.
With years of classroom experience, I’ve developed a passion for creating structured, engaging learning systems that support both academic growth and classroom organization. My resources are designed to be practical, teacher-friendly tools that save time while helping students succeed.
I hold LETRS® Level 1 certification and Phonics First Level 1 training through the Orton-Gillingham approach, which guide my focus on structured literacy and evidence-based reading instruction.

Teaching style
My teaching style centers around the effectiveness of small group instruction, structured literacy, and explicit teaching practices. I believe students learn best when instruction is systematic, engaging, and responsive to their individual needs.
My classroom approach prioritizes targeted small group instruction, allowing students to receive personalized support while building strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and critical thinking.
