Teaching has become incredibly difficult for a myriad of reasons. I help teachers live their best lives and not just in the summer. You pour much of your energy into your students but at what cost? You are left feeling exhausted, stressed, and burnt out. To have a fulfilling sustainable career, pacing yourself is critical. The goal of my products is to help you do just that. Some of these units will help you calm your nervous system and that of your students. Other products will help you save time with prep or assessing. All of these products will help improve student engagement. You put everyone else ahead of yourself but you need to put on your oxygen mask first enabling you to help others. My goal is for these products to help you save time and energy so you can enjoy and build the life you want, even when it isn't vacation time.

Teaching style

My teaching style is to use hands on activities, inquiry, technology, and to infuse SEL throughout various seemingly unrelated courses. I explicitly teach the skills needed for students to have rich small group discussions, effective research techniques, and offer choice as to how students present their learning.
