I am a passionate and dedicated educator with three years of teaching experience. I have been fortunate to teach in a Spanish immersion program as a second language Spanish speaker, which has allowed me to share my love of language and culture with my students.
Throughout my teaching career, I have primarily taught 3rd and 4th grade, where I have developed a variety of teaching strategies to engage and motivate my students. I have also had the opportunity to be a part of various leadership teams within my school, where I have contributed to important decisions related to curriculum development, school culture, and student achievement.
As a teacher, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where my students can grow and thrive. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I am committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to reach their full potential.
Through my experience in the classroom and my involvement in leadership teams, I have gained valuable insights into effective teaching practices and strategies for promoting student success. I am excited to continue growing and learning as an educator and to share my knowledge and expertise with other teachers through my TPT products.

Teaching style
My teaching style is focused on building strong relationships with my students. I believe that when students feel valued and supported, they are more engaged in their learning and more willing to take risks. I strive to create a student-centered classroom that values the unique needs and interests of each individual student.
I am committed to creating engaging and interactive lessons that challenge my students and promote critical thinking. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in their own learning, so I incorporate a variety of hands-on activities and technology tools into my lessons.
Flexibility is also a key component of my teaching style. I recognize that every student learns differently, and I am always willing to adapt my lessons and teaching strategies to meet the needs of my students. I value collaboration and believe that working together with my colleagues, students, and families is essential to creating a positive and effective learning environment.
My own education history
I hold two undergraduate degrees, one in Spanish and the other in Elementary Education. During my time in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Quito, Ecuador, where I was able to develop my Spanish skills through immersion in the language and culture. This experience had a significant impact on my teaching and approach to language instruction.
In the summer of 2023, I will be graduating with my Master's of Education with a focus on literacy instruction. Through my coursework and research, I have gained a deeper understanding of effective instructional strategies for promoting literacy development in students of all ages and backgrounds. My education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality, research-based instruction to my students.
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to continuing my education and professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in education.
