Hello, I’m Kate! I am a mental health therapist by day and resource designer by night. I began my career in 2007 as a classroom teacher and quickly discovered that my favorite part of teaching was empowering children to feel good about themselves. This led me to transition into the role of a school counselor and eventually into the role of a mental health therapist. I have enjoyed working both in and outside of the school setting, supporting children and families in navigating life’s challenges. My clinical specialties include play therapy, EMDR, sand tray therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused counseling, bibliotherapy, and behavior management. I am looking forward to connecting with you! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at kate@edukateandinspire.com.
