A fun way to review any subject. Project the game board on a whiteboard or wall. Separate the class into two teams. Each team gets a different colour of sticky note. Students answer your choice of review questions. If answered correctly, they stick a sticky note on the game board where they choose. First team to get four in a row wins.

Perfect for pre-k or kindergarten students. I use this as a math centre. Students use playdough to "build it", and manipulative to "count it". From numbers 1-20.

A fun page for students to use daily when learning the basics of the alphabet. Students will write the "letter of the day" in uppercase and lowercase, as well as to write which letter in the alphabet comes before and after that letter. There is also a spot for them to draw a picture of something that begins with that same letter.

Give each student a baggy to handfull of Fruit Loops. Ask students to sort the Fruit Loops by colour and create a bar graph using the cereal. Use white school glue to stick the cereal down.

Have your students create a pattern using Fruit Loops! White school glue worked best to paste the fruit loops onto the paper.

This science experiment is one I always enjoy doing. What the students come up with is quite interesting! This is a two page worksheet that is part of the Energy, Science unit. Students are asked to make predictions on how fast the ice cube will melt. They will then describe what they did to the ice cube to make it melt, what made it melt faster as well as slower.

Sequencing the events in the Scaredy Squirrel books.

This is a writing activity is for Pre-K, Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten. All you have to do is print the alphabet squares, laminate and hang them around your classroom. Students put the writing sheet on a clipboard and explore the classroom to find the missing words. Each week you could focus on a different letter. My students love this activity and are so eager to grab their clipboard and search for the pictures around the classroom. This activity includes all 26 letters of the alphabet

Print, laminate and display to keep track of the medals won at the Olympics. I chose the top 6 countries from the 2014 Winter Olympics to watch at the 2018 Olympics. There is also a page for students to create tallies of medals won.

A powerpoint slideshow on substance abuse, specifically on alcohol. This slideshow includes 13 slides which include short-term and long-term effects, alcohol in the media, how to say no, etc.
