Research-driven, fast paced, creative, fun, and efficient. I don't like wasted time and therefore I always search for ways to "kill two birds with one stone." We can inspire children though our enthusiastic attitude and positive classroom environment. But that also has to be backed up with the best research-based teaching strategies.
The best award I ever received says "World's Best Mommy" I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Reading Language Arts. I have also been a featured and guest speaker at various conferences including California Reading Association, CABE, and Effective Schools Conferences. I have also been asked to give staff developments and all-day trainings on Effective Vocabulary Instruction. I was Support Staff of the Year and have been honored by Riverside Community College for mentoring their Americorp volunteers.
