About the store
Welcome to Informed Decisions! I.D. provides educators with engaging, culturally competent Advisory and social-emotional learning resources to engage multicultural urban youth populations! For over two decades I have worked with students whose ages have ranged from nursery school through high school and young adults. This includes: court and gang-involved, LGBTQ+, teen mothers, and special needs populations. Throughout my career I've taught, counseled, ensured support and academic intervention services, supervised, designed curriculum, and developed programs. A few of these programs include; Advisory, Family Groups, Conflict Resolution, Managing Difficult Behaviors, life skills, social-emotional skills, and Rites of Passage. I've also conducted staff professional development trainings on classroom management, program development, and implementation, as well as conducted trainings on various other topics.
