I know what it’s like to juggle endless demands, manage challenging behaviors, and still find a way to close academic gaps. After more than 10 years teaching grades 3–6 across all subjects, I’ve lived the reality of trying to reach every learner while keeping your own spark alive. That’s why I create resources that lighten your load and give you tools that actually work, so you can focus on making the difference you came into teaching to make. Right now, I am home with my toddler, supporting my college freshman, and caring for my adult son with special needs. While I have stepped away from the classroom for this season, my heart is still there, and my mission is bigger than ever. Through my resources, blog JenniferFindley.com, and All-Access memberships, I help teachers create classrooms where students feel confident, engaged, and capable. My goal is always the same: to give you practical, research-based strategies and ready-to-use activities that meet students where they are and then move them forward. I design everything with the belief that with the right support, all students can grow, achieve, and even discover a love for learning, whatever that looks like for them.
