I am originally from London, England. I work as the Head of the Tutoring Department in a Private School in Vancouver, Canada. I have been an educator for over 20 years working as a classroom teacher and a tutor. I work with students from diverse backgrounds with many different learning styles. I have spent several years researching and developing methods to help support the ways children learn.
I create a learning environment where every child can meet with success. I use an inclusive multi-sensorial approach meeting the needs of every child.
Invited to be an Educational Advisor to the Sarah McLachlan School of Music from 2002 to present. Asked to create and head a tutoring department in one of Canada's leading private schools.
Graduated in the U.K from University of the Arts London, NLC in Early Childhood Education, MCI in Montessori, OCA in Art and Design. In Canada, Orton Gillingham Therapeutic Tutor, Feuerstein Mediated Learning, ABA Therapy, Reggio Emilia, Discover Math K-12.
I am the author of a book called 'Teaching Parents How To Teach,' and I run a company with my husband supporting parents in ways to help their children learn.
