This resource is very scaffolded and was originally created for students in ESOL/ELDA classes but has been used consistently and successfully by content teachers as well.
This activity can be used as a summative assessment for Julius Caesar or as a fun activity to do with students after reading the play. This activity requires students to showcase their reading and writing skills and is cross-curricular with drama/theater. Shy students can have an option to perform to just the teacher or record their video instead of performing in front of class. It can also be scaffolded as much as necessary to accommodate the needs of all students in class. RAFT stands for Role
