Making Lemonade- Interactive Lesson
This is an interactive presentation intended to be used on a Smartboard/Promethean while making lemonade with the class. It has general reading comprehension questions to pair with an introductory story of your choice, followed by the ingredients needed and the steps to make the recipe. Additional biographical information
Working in a functional/vocational-based special education program has taught me how to adapt my resources and focus on activities of daily living and functional language in order to best benefit the population of students that I work with (MD, ID, ASD, etc.). These resources would be great for speech therapists, other related-service providers, or classroom teachers. Sharing these resources may give you some ideas or help save some time prepping.
