Howdy! This year I will be finishing up my fourth year as a special education teacher. I am a Life Skills or Skills for Living and Learning teacher for 1st-5th grade self-contained. I'm always spending numerous hours adapting curriculum to meet the individual needs of my students. I hope everyone enjoys!
Teaching style
In my classroom I like to teach using visuals, singing/making up crazy songs and using physical movements to help my students retain information. Structure is also key to having a smooth day! Each subject is ran in three 15 minute rotations along with the use of our visual schedules. I love creating worksheets, adapted books and having my students do projects!

Whoop! Fightin Texas Aggie class of 2013! I majored in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, but then decided teaching is where my heart is! I went through an AC program to teach and have never looked back!
