Hey there, fellow teacher friends! ✨ I’m Brigitte - AKA missfrenchimmersion, and I’m so excited to welcome you to my shop! In the classroom, I thrived on making my FSL students WANT to come to school. With that mind set, I learned a thing or two about what makes learning fun and effective.
I’ve taught Kindergarten all the way up to Grade 6, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. My mission? To create resources that make your teaching life easier with easy to follow lesson plans and make learning fun for the FSL learner (and English one too)!
In 2018, I was in a period of grieving, and I wanted a creative outlet and a place to share my teaching ideas, tips, and activities with other teachers like me, mostly to keep my mind busy. I started sharing teaching resources in my curriculum shop on TeachersPayTeachers that winter, and I never expected for it to become my forever passion project. But, that's exactly what happened.

Additional biographical information
I was born and raised and continue to reside in Ontario, Canada today. I am a wife and boy mom to both my son and my small dog. We adore traveling and I get many ideas for resource creation out in the wilderness, where my mind allows me to think more clearly.
