About the store

Experience

I am an elementary teacher with about 18 years of experience. During that time, I have mainly taught in the intermediate grades of 7 and 8 but I have taught all grades in some capacity.

Teaching style

I develop purposeful activities and classroom routines for students to promote positive student behaviour. These activities are presented through differentiated instruction and assessment to engage all students and allow them to meet with success.

My own education history

Teaching Degree: Junior and Intermediate Divisions: Science - General Brock University, Ontario, 2007 Bachelor Degree: Honours Co–op Science and Business Program, Environmental Science Option, Economics Minor University of Waterloo, Ontario, 1997 – 2002

Additional biographical information

When I’m not teaching, I’m a real estate investor, stock investor, private lender, and blogger for Money Life Lessons. However, my most important and rewarding job is being a father to 3 beautiful girls.
