Task analysis charts can be so helpful for students who have a hard time initiating or, completing, organizing tasks. Great for those with executive functioning needs, but can be used with all students. Directions: Have students write or draw what needs to happen in each stage of the chart in order to complete a task. Have students practice with small tasks first to get them used to the structure of it. Make it reusable by laminating and using a dry erase marker.
