My teaching philosophy is grounded in the understanding of "what happens next?". After the planning and the teaching, how will I react to my students' interpretation and application of the content? How will I react to their reactions of success or failure in relation to the content? This is the act of teaching, of having the mindset of evaluating our impact on student learning.
