Hi! Welcome to our store. We are "Chief Education Officers" at home: Maraya, Ashley, Amanda, Jenifer, Brandie and Rachelle. In our past lives we were a project manager, a teacher, a baker, a scientist, a missionary, and teacher respectively! But now, we're blessed to homeschool our children and donate all profits from this store to charity (39 organizations since inception). Recently, we've built a playground for 415 children in Uganda, sponsored three college scholarships, three youth scholarships for children in Cambodia, supported college tours for children of refugees and immigrants, supported the work of social emotional learning, helped single parents, missionaries, and survivors of human trafficking and more thanks to our customers!
As far as our educational goals, our mission is to create flexible order in your classroom so you and your students can positively thrive and bloom. We provide organized but flexible complete year programs that are child-focused, parent/teacher-conscious, developmentally appropriate and a joy to implement. As of February 2018, our products are used by both homeschools and traditional preschools in all 50 states and 70 countries (33 using the complete year programs)! Our teaching style is a fusion of Montessori and traditional approaches. We use thematic units and our goal is to develop confident, caring, creative kids who are academically and socially prepared for kindergarten. We also strive to make preschool homeschool easy on homeschooling parents so they can enjoy the process.
We were a finalist for the 2016 United Nations World Humanitarian Summit Visualize Change Challenge. We are a2017-18 Gotham Fellow, a Living Now Book Awards silver medalist for The Home CEO's Guide to Life book, and past recipient of the Frank Shakespeare Outstanding Student Award from Georgetown University and the Tampa Tribune scholarship. We also produced this this website and video to promote Social and Emotional Learning nationwide.
