I have a robust academic background that reflects my dedication to education and leadership. I hold a Doctor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Northcentral University, where I deepened my understanding of child development and instructional strategies for young learners.
Additionally, I earned two Master of Science degrees from McDaniel College—one in Curriculum and Instruction, focusing on innovative curriculum design, and another in Administration, emphasizing school leadership and management.
My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Jacksonville University, equipping me with a strong foundation in teaching core subjects and fostering a love of learning in students.
These degrees, combined with my professional certifications, have shaped me into an educator who is both reflective and innovative in meeting diverse student needs.

In addition to my educational qualifications and teaching experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in integrating educational technology and data-driven instruction into the classroom. Over the years, I have developed a strong proficiency in utilizing online platforms such as Zoom, Pear Deck, Kahoot, CANVAS, and Google Classroom to create engaging and interactive lessons. My experience managing over 500 student and staff accounts has helped ensure seamless access to these resources, maximizing student engagement and success.
As an Elementary Instructional Lead Teacher, I have also demonstrated strong leadership abilities, coordinating school-wide initiatives, mentoring teaching teams, and designing school-wide improvement plans. I have successfully led learning walks, demonstrated model lessons, and facilitated collaborative planning sessions, which have contributed to creating a supportive and growth-focused school culture.
My ability to analyze student data and make informed decisions has been key in closing performance gaps and ensuring individualized learning pathways for all students.
