About the store
Kandice earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in 1994. In 1997, she earned a Juris Doctor from SMU's Dedman School of Law. In 1999, she earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from the SMU Dedman School of Law.
She began her career as an Associate in an AmLaw100 law firm with 600 attorneys nationally, a Manager in a Big 4 Accounting Firm, Assistant General Counsel at a software technology firm, and as a Senior Director for a well known tax consulting firm. She taught Business Law courses to undergraduate students for two semesters. She is now a freelance writer.
