About the store
Welcome to Stumped Speech and Rooted Resilience! We’re a Speech-Language Pathologist and Social Worker team who started out as coworkers and quickly became best friends. We work side by side at a preschool, where we co-treat students and support young children in building communication skills, emotional awareness, and confidence. Most of the resources you'll find here were created for our own students. They’ve been used, loved, tweaked, and tested in real classrooms with real kids. Our goal is to share materials that are practical, playful, and truly helpful for educators, therapists, and families. At the heart of our work is the powerful blend of social work and speech-language support. When these two fields come together, they create a strong foundation for growth. With social work guiding emotional development and speech-language pathology supporting communication, we’re able to meet kids where they are and help them thrive. Our approach is hands-on and heart-led. We co-treat students and design learning experiences that are engaging, individualized, and accessible. We adapt our materials and sessions to meet a wide range of needs, always making space for fun and connection along the way. Stumped Speech and Rooted Resilience isn’t just a TPT page. It’s a reflection of the work we love to do and the values that drive us—creating inclusive, meaningful resources that help every child feel seen, heard, and supported. Thanks for being here. We truly believe that together, one word, one smile, and one child at a time, we can make a difference.
