About the store
I'm a digital design educator and instructional designer specializing in project-based learning, gamification, and authentic assessment strategies. With over 7 years of classroom experience spanning elementary through higher education, I currently teach Digital Media and Multimedia Design at Orange Technical College, where my students master Adobe Creative Suite applications through an innovative "design internship" framework that mirrors real-world professional experiences. My instructional design philosophy centers on creating immersive, student-centered learning experiences that bridge the gap between academic content and real-world application. Every unit in my curriculum culminates in scenario-based projects where students synthesize their learning in practical contexts, the same approach I bring to the digital resources I create. Drawing from my hands-on teaching experience, current Adobe Creative Suite instruction, and graduate training in Instructional Design and Technology with a focus in eLearning, I design learning materials that are both technically sophisticated and genuinely engaging for diverse learners. What makes my resources different? They're created by someone who teaches this content daily, understands the frustrations of traditional assessment methods, and is actively pursuing the cutting edge of instructional design trends including microlearning, learning experience design (LXD), and AI integration in education. My background also includes specialized training in Digital Marketing from UNC Chapel Hill, giving both my students and the curriculum I develop a more comprehensive understanding of how design and marketing strategy intersect in professional contexts.

Teaching style

I believe learning happens best when students see themselves as professionals, not just students. That's why I've built my curriculum around a "design internship" framework where learners take on authentic roles, complete real-world projects, and develop both technical skills and professional competencies simultaneously. My teaching style is hands-on, project-based, and rooted in authentic assessment—I've moved away from traditional tests because they don't capture what students can actually do with their knowledge. Instead, every unit culminates in a scenario-based project that requires students to synthesize and apply their learning in practical contexts, giving them tangible portfolio pieces while increasing engagement. The resources I create are designed to make your life easier while elevating your students' learning experience, with detailed lesson plans, project rubrics, and assessment tools that you can implement immediately or customize to fit your classroom needs—because I know you're juggling a million things, and I want you to focus on what matters most: connecting with your students and facilitating their growth.

My own education history

I'm committed to being a lifelong learner, which is reflected in my diverse educational background. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with Reading and ESOL endorsements from the University of Central Florida in 2015, giving me a strong foundation in how people learn across different ages and language backgrounds. Since then, I've continued expanding my expertise through a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing from UNC Chapel Hill and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology with an eLearning focus from the University of Central Florida, set to graduate in December 2026. I also hold Adobe Certified Professional credentials in Visual Design, Web Design, and Marketing Design, along with WordPress Certified Developer certification . This combination of pedagogical training, technical design skills, marketing strategy, and instructional design theory gives me a uniquely comprehensive perspective that directly informs the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum I create.
