With over 16 years in the classroom and more than two decades in the field of education, I’ve learned this truth: effective teaching is not about perfection; it’s about purpose. And purpose requires courage.

She also has a strong dedication and compassion in working with families to overcome barriers and personal struggles and reach their full potential.
Dr. Tiffany McDonald resides in Cleveland, Ohio, but willing to travel across the U.S. to educate and empower schools towards success. She is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. She has one adult daughter, currently a freshman in college.
