This choice board includes all Spanish speaking countries. You click on the board, which will link you to an editable country landing page for the country selected. You put your own content on the landing pages. This is intended to launch from a Bitmoji classroom, but could also be used independently. (Let me know if the individual country pages do not link from the TtoT purchased page and I will provide them separately.)
A PowerPoint to tell a bilingual story of a turkey that loses his temper, causing his feathers to change colors. There are a couple of free options for handouts to accompany the story. Reinforces shapes and colors in Spanish.
Teacher cuts the larger squares out and staples them into a booklet. Students then color the outfits and cut on the dotted lines (except for first and last page). Students can then mix and match the tops and bottoms of the outfits to practice clothing words. Fewer pages can be used depending on the level of the students.
Spin wheel to practice parts of the body. Can use a paperclip as the spinner. Depending on the level of the students, you can include the word clues or cut them off.
This PowerPoint is to be used at the beginning of the year to help students feel more comfortable learning Spanish. It points out that Spanish is easier than English!
Free PowerPoint download to accompany turkey handout for practicing Spanish shapes and colors. This PowerPoint includes labeling parts of the body. Another free download is available without parts of the body.
These cards are for a classroom activity. Each student has a card. One person reads their card, which clues the next person to read their card (i.e. the item the previous student says they need). You continue around the room until all the cards have been read. It helps if the teacher keeps a master print out so she can guide the class if needed.
Guide that students can use to create a report on an international country along with a rubric for grading.

Teaching style
I believe that children will engage in world language learning when they become intrigued by the cultures attached to the languages. I strive to introduce my students to the world around them.
My own education history
I hated Spanish and German in school, which is why I try to make sure my class is a fun and engaging place to be.
