During my undergraduate program, I student taught in NYC public schools in all grades 1-6 in integrated co-teaching classrooms. I was an assistant teacher in first grade general education classroom, and then I was a Sixth Grade Special Education Science Teacher in an NYC public school. In this role, I taught three integrated co-teaching classes and one self-contained 12:1:1 class. I currently teach elementary science for all 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade at an NYC private school.
