These Lovely Days Studio

This Valentine's Day Roll & Cover is a perfect activity to practice number recognition. To assemble the dice, cut along the outside lines, then fold in the flaps, secure with tape or glue stick. I’ve included one die with numerals and one with dots. Have students roll the die then cover the number they get on their worksheet. They can use the included blank hearts or any manipulative to cover the numbers.

This is a great activity for your students to practice spelling their names while having fun with these cute love bugs. After printing, cut out uppercase and/or lowercase hearts. Have students glue the letters to their names on the background sheet and then add a bug head. For longer names you may need to add a second background sheet to the first one.

This Valentine’s Day Number Match Activity is great number recognition practice. Simply cut apart the sections of each card. Mix them up and have students figure out which ones match.

This St. Patrick's Day Number Match is an easy way to help students practice number recognition, counting, and one-to-one correspondence. Have students count the row of St. Patrick’s Day coins, then cut-out the corresponding number and paste it into the proper place.

The Iceberg Hop can be used in several ways. Use the icebergs with numbers for hopscotch. Use the plain icebergs with the motion cards provided or use in a musical chairs type of game. Make sure students will not slip on the paper by taping them down securely.

This is a great activity for students to practice printing uppercase and lowercase letters. After printing, laminate the pumpkin pie sheet. Cut apart the alphabet cards.
