30+ years in education: 19 years teaching Early Childhood Special Education (ECE 3-5 year olds), 4 years looping 1st to 2nd 4 years in 2nd currently a Reading Specialist RtI for K-2. I've enjoyed taking on the new challenges, re-inventing myself, and building upon my knowledge.
Hands-on, interactive, and supportive. My most important task has been to create a welcoming environment for students. I strive to meet students where they are and adjust to fit their needs, yet challenge them to reach to learn more.
